Jesus’ Hands are Kind Hands

Jesus’ Hands Were Kind Hands
#273 in the United Methodist Hymnal

Jesus’ hands were kind hands, doing good to all,
Healing pain and sickness, blessing children small,
Washing tired feet, and saving those who fall;
Jesus’ hands were kind hands, doing good to all.

Take my hands Lord Jesus, let them work for you,
Make them strong and gentle, kind in all I do.
Let me watch you, Jesus, till I’m gentle, too,
Till my hands are kind hands, quick to work for you.

Jesus set a wonderful example of doing good works with his hands everywhere He went. We want to thank Roy and Carolyn for singing our song this week. We need the help of the choir, the moms, and the newsletter editors to make these videos happen. 😀

This week’s Bible verse is from
First Thessalonians 4:11-12

…make it your ambition to lead a quiet life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you; so that you may behave properly toward outsiders and not be in need.
